Refund Policy

Digital Products

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, contact us so we can resolve it. Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed where access has failed or the product was misrepresented.

Supporter Payments

You can cancel recurring support at any time through PayPal. Cancellation stops future billing; completed supporter payments are generally not refundable unless charged in error.

Sponsorships and Creative Services

Deposits reserve production capacity. Before production begins, refund requests are reviewed based on work already scheduled or delivered. Once creative work has begun, amounts covering completed work are not refundable.
